Accessing Certificates
Log in by using the username & password that you set up when you registered.  Please DO NOT create a new username and login as the computer will not know to associate your current profile/history with a new one.

Once you are logged in, click on the "Conference History" tab and then on the icon under the “Certificate” column and a printable form should appear.  To print, select File, Print.

If it doesn't appear right away, please check to see if you have a pop-up blocker on your computer for security.  If so, please click on it to allow for the download.

If you faxed your registration in to us, your temporary username and password is:
o  Username= first initial followed by your last name (i.e.: Mary Smith= msmith)
o  Password= tr1  
In order to protect your confidentiality, we strongly encourage you to change your password which is located at the top of your online profile page.
Our website prefers Internet Explorer to print certificates. If you are using Chrome you may have difficulty printing your certificate please try Internet Explorer.

Setting Up Profile
Creating a profile allows you to have all trainings that have been coordinated by us accessible under your profile. If you have attended a training or conference with us you will have a profile. If you are unsure if you have a profile, please contact us and we would be happy to see if you have a profile already set up. If you do not have a profile here are the steps in creating one.
  1. On our Home Page, click on Create A New Account button on the far right
  2. Enter a Username, Password and other required information
  3. The first email listed will be the email that confirmations and other communications will be sent to.
  4. At the bottom of the page click on Save Profile to create the account
Please note, when you are logged in the yellow bar at the top of the page will say Welcome, NAME! You are now logged in with your profile and when registering for trainings will register under your name only. Also, if you are registering multiple people you will need to create a new profile for each person. Changing one profile to a different person will only update that profile and will not create a new profile. 

Same Certificate opens up
If you open up one certificate and then a different one but the same certificate is coming up you need to update your internet settings to clear its memory. Follow the steps below:

  1. Under Tools in your Internet browser (sometimes looks like a gear or wheel)
  2. Select Internet Options
  3. Under Browsing History, select Settings
  4. Select the radial button that says Every time I visit the webpage
  5. Select OK

Certificate will not open
If your certificate will not open, you may have a pop up blocker setting on your computer. Sometimes a window will come up to allow you to open the pop up or you can adjust your Internet settings by doing the following:
  1. Under Tools in your Internet browser (sometimes looks like a  gear or wheel)
  2. Select Internet Options
  3. Under Privacy tab, select Settings
  4. Add www.trainingresources.org
  5. Select OK
Printing Receipt Invoice
Log in by using the username & password that you set up when you  registered.  Please DO NOT create a new username and login as the computer  will not know to associate your current profile/history with a new one.

Once you are logged in, click on the "Conference History" tab and then on  the  icon under the “Receipt” column and a printable form should  appear.  To  print, select File, Print. Please note: The column name does not change from Receipt to Invoice but the form will note if you have paid  and the type of payment used.

If it doesn't appear right away, please check to see if you have a pop-up blocker on your computer for security.  If so, please click on it to allow for the download

Log in by using the username & password that you set up when you  registered.  Please DO NOT create a new username and login as the computer  will not know to associate your current profile/history with a new one.

Once you are logged in, click on the "Conference History" tab and then on the  icon under the “Itinerary” column and a printable form should appear.  To  print, select File, Print.
