Implementation and Evaluation: Essential Steps to Community Change Using SPF Training

The Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF) is a planning model for creating community change, and it is an integral part of substance abuse prevention services in Iowa. This training will focus on the implementation and evaluation steps and will build on attendee's knowledge of utilizing the SPF for community prevention. Participants will increase their skills in building stakeholder capacity for implementing evidence based practices and programs, identifying process measures and ensuring their ideas and strategies are being implemented as intended, and identifying how they will measure success.
Participants will walk away with increased knowledge, tools and templates for applying the implementation and evaluation steps of the SPF in their communities.
I-SMART Full Clinical System Training- October 2015
